What it is KLOW Blend combines four research compounds in one formulation: 50mg GHK-Cu , 10mg BPC-157 , 10mg TB-500 and 10mg KPV, for a total of 80mg. Each component has been studied separately and comes from a different area of peptide research. KLOW itself is a blend rather than a single peptide with one defined mechanism. Bringing these compounds together creates a formulation for laboratory work involving several biological pathways at the same time. It does not mean, however, that findings reported for the individual components can automatically be applied to the complete blend. What the research shows GHK-Cu binds copper and has been studied in several areas of tissue biology. Much of this work looks at the extracellular matrix, including collagen and the signals involved in tissue remodelling. BPC-157 has a different research background. Most of the evidence comes from preclinical work, particularly models involving tissue injury, new blood vessel formation and connective tissue.
