Product information
What it is Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). It follows the 44-amino-acid sequence of human GHRH, with a modification that makes the molecule more resistant to enzymatic breakdown. Tesamorelin activates GHRH receptors in the pituitary, stimulating the body's own production of growth hormone. This is followed by an increase in IGF-1 levels. How it works and what the research shows Tesamorelin has been studied in humans, with much of the clinical evidence coming from adults with HIV-associated abdominal fat accumulation. Trials in this population found reductions in visceral adipose tissue and increases in IGF-1. Changes in some lipid measures were reported too. Those results have a specific clinical context. They don't show that the same effects should be expected outside the populations and conditions that were actually studied. Tesamorelin 10mg Peptide Pen This pen contains 10mg of pre-formulated Tesamorelin. It comes ready prepared, so there is no separate reconstitution step before laboratory research. Commonly Paired With Tesamorelin research centres on GHRH signalling and the GH/IGF-1 axis. Other compounds approach metabolic and endocrine research through different pathways: CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin also target growth hormone signalling, but through a different research model.
