Product information
What it is Wolverine Blend combines BPC-157 and TB-500 in a single pre-formulated pen, with 10mg of each component. The two compounds come from different areas of peptide research and have been studied in connection with different biological processes involved in tissue response and repair. The rationale for combining them comes from these different research pathways. Most published work, however, has examined BPC-157 and thymosin beta-4-related peptides separately. There is much less evidence for the finished blend itself, so findings from either component shouldn't automatically be treated as evidence of how the combination behaves. How it works and what the research shows BPC-157 research covers several areas, including VEGF and angiogenesis, nitric oxide signalling, fibroblast activity and changes in collagen organisation. Most of the evidence is preclinical. A 2025 systematic review in the HSS Journal found 36 relevant studies, and only one involved human participants. The rest included experimental models of muscle, tendon, ligament and bone injuries. TB-500 has a different research background. Its sequence comes from an actin-related region of thymosin beta-4, a region that has been investigated in connection with endothelial cell migration and angiogenesis. There is considerably more published work on full-length thymosin beta-4, including its interaction with G-actin.
