Product description
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend is a combination of two synthetic peptides that work to increase the growth hormone signaling in two different ways.
That's the fun bit.
In this combination, the CJC is CJC-1295 without DAC, which is a modified analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone. It is also known as mod GRF 1-29 or modified GRF (1-29). Conversely, Ipamorelin, a pentapeptide growth hormone secretagogue, acts via the ghrelin receptor pathway.
Different routes. Same system.
That gives researchers a way to examine how GHRH-receptor and ghrelin-receptor signaling interact within the regulation of growth hormone release.
One distinction matters from the start. CJC-1295 without DAC is not the same compound as long-acting, DAC-containing CJC-1295, which has been studied in some published human trials . The names are frequently used interchangeably on the internet; however, their pharmacokinetic profiles should not be considered interchangeable.
Why Study CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend?
There are several overlapping signals, not just one, that control growth hormone secretion.
One is GHRH. Ghrelin-receptor signaling is another.
CJC-1295 without DAC is used experimentally to investigate the GHRH side of that system, while ipamorelin provides a separate route through the growth hormone secretagogue receptor.
Ipamorelin has the clearer published pharmacological record of the two components in this specific formulation.
Early animal research described it as a selective growth hormone secretagogue. It stimulated GH release but had substantially less ACTH and cortisol activity than GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 under the experimental conditions studied.
Human pharmacokinetic research followed.
In healthy male volunteers, ipamorelin produced a distinct episode of GH release. Peak GH concentrations occurred at roughly 0.67 hours, while the estimated terminal half-life of ipamorelin was approximately two hours.
CJC-related research approached GH regulation from the GHRH side.
In published human trials with the long-acting, DAC-containing version of CJC-1295, there was an increase in GH and IGF-1 levels, while the pulsatile secretion of GH was preserved. These results led to the development of a wider research interest in modified analogs of GHRH.
But there's an important boundary.
Those pharmacokinetic results belong to DAC-containing CJC-1295. They should not be transferred directly to CJC-1295 without DAC or Mod GRF 1-29.
Research applications
Growth hormone signaling
This is the most direct research application.
CJC-1295 without DAC and ipamorelin bind to different receptor systems involved in GH regulation. When examined together, they help researchers understand how GHRH-related and ghrelin-receptor signaling influence the same endocrine pathway.
Tesamorelin also works through the GHRH receptor, but it is a different peptide with its own research history. Laboratories can purchase Tesamorelin peptide separately when studying GHRH-related signalling outside the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin combination.
Secretagogue selectivity
Ipamorelin attracted research interest partly because of its selectivity.
In preclinical experiments, it stimulated GH release without producing the same ACTH and cortisol responses observed with some earlier growth hormone-releasing peptides.
Useful finding. Still preclinical.
It should not be interpreted as proof that ipamorelin has no effect on these hormones under all conditions or in humans.
GH secretion patterns
Growth hormone is naturally released in pulses rather than at a constant rate.
Modified GHRH analogues have therefore been investigated not simply for whether GH concentrations rise, but for how the timing and pattern of secretion change.
Research with DAC-containing CJC-1295 found that increased GH secretion could occur while pulsatility remained intact. Because the present blend contains a non-DAC analogue, however, those duration and pharmacokinetic findings cannot simply be applied to it.
Pharmacokinetic research
The distinction between DAC and non-DAC forms makes pharmacokinetics especially relevant.
The reason to add DAC was specifically to extend CJC-1295 persistence by albumin binding. CJC-1295 without DAC does not have that modification.
Thus, investigators should ascertain the particular analog of CJC being studied rather than simply the name CJC-1295.
Clinical research
GH release should not be confused with demonstrated therapeutic benefit.
That sounds obvious. Online, it often isn't.
Ipamorelin was taken into clinical trials to treat post-op ileus following bowel resection. The primary outcome was numerically better in the ipamorelin group in a randomized Phase 2 study, but the difference was not statistically significant. Also, key secondary efficacy analyzes did not show significant benefit.
So the published evidence supports studying endocrine signaling and GH release.
Available forms
CJC-1295 + ipamorelin research preparations may be encountered in several formats:
Lyophilized powder – freeze-dried material for controlled laboratory preparation.
Pre-reconstituted solution – prepared liquid format where supplied under appropriate laboratory conditions.
Multi-dose peptide pen cartridge – a prefilled format for controlled repeated dispensing.
Peptide pen – a convenient format for protocols involving repeated handling, offering calibrated dispensing, fewer manual preparation steps, more consistent repeat measurements, compact storage and reduced handling between administrations.
Whatever the format of the CJC component, its identity must be carefully checked. Despite the similarity in names, do not assume that the pharmacokinetic properties of CJC-1295 without DAC, Mod GRF 1-29 and CJC-1295 with DAC are similar. Researchers may encounter CJC-1295 + IPAMORELIN BLEND for sale in different research preparation formats.

For research use only
CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin Blend is intended for research laboratory use.
In experimental conditions, the effects of the individual compounds and related GHRH analogs on growth hormone signaling have been shown in published studies. They do not make the combined blend available as a treatment for muscle loss, obesity, sleep disorders, impaired recovery, aging, or any other medical condition.
Controlled human evidence specifically evaluating the fixed combination remains limited. Researchers can review the formulation details before CJC-1295 + IPAMORELIN BLEND purchase.
The product is intended strictly for controlled laboratory research and is not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
